Scope: Master infrastructure for a 1,200-acre smart industrial township — including 64 km of internal roads, 40 MLD water grid, 132 kV substation and ICT backbone.
An end-to-end greenfield urban development executed in two phases, designed to IGBC Platinum standards. The project will host 180+ industrial plots, central utilities, common effluent treatment and an integrated command-and-control centre.
